Ark Learning Hub is committed to providing our services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We aim to give every family equal opportunity to access and benefit from our services, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Our services

• You’re welcome to use your own assistive devices and to include a support person in any consultation or meeting with us.
• We’ll communicate in the way that works best for you, whether by phone, email, video call or in person, and we’re happy to provide information in another format on request.
• If something affects how we provide services, such as a scheduling change, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Our website

We’ve designed this website to be easy to use for as many people as possible. We aim for clear text, readable colour contrast, descriptive labels and support for keyboard navigation, and we continue to look for ways to improve. If any part of the site is hard for you to use, please tell us and we’ll get you the information another way.
